1. Audit
Correctly Identifying lighting & usage within an estate is critical, serving to underpin the entire business case. We undertake our site audits using Lumispec™ software, a Measurement and Verification approved “best of breed” application for site audit, modelling and underwriting of LED retrofit projects. We also discuss with our clients how lighting is used and what could be improved.
2. Analysis
CIBSE, BRE, ASHRAE, ICP all stipulate Measurement and Verification (M&V) methodologies and toolsets for analysis and modelling purpose. The Lumispec™ software we use conforms to these stringent standards, detailing energy consumption to an individual light bulb level. Our extensive panel of suppliers means we always select the most appropriate replacement product for the job.
3. Modelling
Undertaking detailed scenario modelling and “what-if” analysis we investigate the lifecycle cost of the recommended products compared to light levels required in order to optimise the project return on investment whilst maintaining or improving light levels. Key is improving working environment as well as key business goals; lighting can literally make a break retail for instance if not done correctly.
4. Finance
On occasion we have access to discretionary non repayable grant funding as well as various tax efficiency opportunities, from Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) to zero capital investment, off balance sheet financing via our panel of finance partners. We work with you to maximise project return on capital employed.
5. Deployment
We have distribution contracts with all major LED lighting suppliers in the UK, thus ensuring that you will enjoy the most competitive price. We will work with you to minimise disruption to your business, advising a staged installation to alleviate downtime and loss of income.
6. Implementation
We will supply and deliver all lighting products to site and manage the entire installation process, employing our team of NICEIC or NAPIT qualified electricians. We will underwrite the products and installation with a full warranty and support you in the future should you encounter any problems.
